President & ceo
Romy Walton is the President and CEO of 4-S, Inc., a company represented by Siblings with Veteran Service that delivers Skilled Services. She is a fun and motivated leader, who brings a positive energy and common vision to all her projects, enabling success at every level. Romy is also a decorated Air Force veteran, having served active duty for over 5 years. She was honored to serve her country, and support critical operations in a designated combat zone on military intelligence missions. In addition to her military service, she has over 15 years of experience managing small to large scale aerospace and defense projects and programs for commercial, civil, and government customers. She is a recognized business leader and innovator, having won awards for outstanding execution in areas of technical, cost, and schedule performance.
Romy is a native Californian and graduate of the University of Southern California, with a Masters of Business for Veterans degree. In her spare time, she enjoys leading a full family life with her two daughters and husband of 20 years.
head of Business Development
Cory Hall is the head of Business Development for 4-S, Inc, a company represented by Siblings with Veteran Service that delivers Skilled Services. Cory is a dedicated and personable liaison for strategic business partnerships, whose focus is the development and growth of 4-S projects, and those of their business partners. Cory is also a decorated Army veteran, with combat experience as a telecommunications specialist. In addition to his military service, Cory has project management and technical experience in large scale telecommunications projects in the business sector, and has completed extensive coursework in entrepreneurship.
Cory is a native Californian and student at Columbia College, where he is pursuing professional certifications in addition to his coursework. In his spare time, he volunteers at rehabilitation programs for veterans suffering from substance abuse, and enjoys restoring cars and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
Erin serves as the Treasurer of 4-S, Inc. She has spent twenty years in the field of education, and is currently serving as the administrator of a TK-8 school in the foothills near Yosemite National Park. Erin has been passionate and generous in her approach with both staff and students and has implemented many new programs in the area of health, wellness and socio-emotional growth, specifically in the area of foster youth and trauma. She thrives during times of change and has the ability to see the big picture and help others come along for the journey. Erin has been able to effect great change at the administrative level due to her positive and inclusive approach to help all stakeholders find their voice and move in a direction that serves all.
Erin has lived in California her entire life and appreciates all our great state has to offer. She attended San Diego State University and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education. She continues to be a lifelong learner and is excited about diving into this new industry with her siblings. Erin lives with her husband, Jim, and enjoys adventures with him and their son and daughter whenever they get the chance.
Jim serves as the construction lead for 4-S. He has been working in the field of construction for more than fifteen years and has experience with new construction, remodels, refurbishment, framing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, flooring, equipment operating and more. Jim’s construction experience has encompassed both residential and commercial construction projects. Prior to entering the construction industry, Jim served as lead sawyer for his fire crew in the National Park Service and was part of an interagency Helishot team. Within that time, Jim fell hazardous trees and cut fire lines for both prescribed burns and on the fire line of major incident fires. Jim brings a wide and diverse breadth of experience and gives a creative edge to the vision of our 4-S team. His creative mindset is invaluable in finding solutions to challenging projects.
Jim holds certifications for Firefighter 1, Firefighter 2, C-Faller, lead abatement, and aquapex. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time restoring cars and celebrating life with his wife, Erin, and their son and daughter.
